The effect of severe heat in Auraiya does not seem to be reducing. On Thursday, two people including a hotel operator died due to heat stroke in the district. In this, the family members of the businessman said that the death was due to heat stroke. In the second case, CO Bidhuna has prima facie expressed the possibility of death due to heat stroke.
On Wednesday night around 11 o’clock, some parts of the district witnessed light rain locally, but it did not have any effect on the temperature. On Thursday, the maximum temperature was 43.1 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was 30.2 degrees Celsius. The earth was scorching hot due to the scorching sun throughout the day. Due to which people were in a bad condition due to the scorching heat.
However, in the evening, after the sun set, strong winds blew. As the heat reduced to a great extent, people came out of their houses with a sigh of relief. Due to the sunshine throughout the day, there was silence on the roads. Weather expert Dr. Anant Kumar said that the arrival of monsoon is still delayed. The effect of local rain will be visible now, but the minimum temperature is expected to remain above normal. However, there will not be much drop in the maximum temperature. People need to be cautious. Monsoon is expected to arrive on the 26th.
